- Water (aqua): helps bring the ingredients together while the bar is made.
- Abyssinian oil: a very light plant oil that softens without heaviness.
- Guar gum: a plant thickener that adds slip.
- Lavender and rosemary essential oils: give the fresh, herbal scent.
- Gluconolactone and Sodium Benzoate: the preservative system.
- Linalool: a natural part of lavender oil, listed as a fragrance allergen.
- Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
- Rub the bar between your hands, or glide it over wet hair, to make a lather.
- Massage into the scalp, focusing on the roots.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Condition the mid lengths and ends only, keeping conditioner away from the roots.
- Store the bar in its bag so it can dry.
- Massage with your fingertips, not your nails.
- Keep the bar out of standing water.

I love this Shampoo bar! It lathers like liquid shampoo! I only need to wash every 3 days with it, it smells just lovely and the fact that it comes in a little bag means it can use it so easily and hang it without it going slimy! Will last a while I’m sure.
