- Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI): a mild cleanser derived from coconut oil.
- Cocoa butter: a rich plant butter that leaves skin feeling soft.
- Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (fractionated coconut oil): a light oil that stops skin feeling dry after washing.
- Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate: an emulsifier that gives a smooth, creamy texture.
- Arrowroot powder: gives a smooth feel and helps absorb excess oil.
- Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid: give the bar its creamy texture and structure.
- Lavender essential oil: gives the calming scent.
- Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin: the preservative system.
- Tocopherol (vitamin E) in sunflower seed oil: an antioxidant that protects the oils in the bar.
- Linalool: a natural part of lavender oil, listed as a fragrance allergen.
- After the Cleansing Face Balm, wet the bar and lather it between your palms.
- Massage the lather onto damp skin in gentle circles, avoiding the eyes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Follow with Golden Face Oil, Night Face Serum or your moisturiser.
- Lather in your hands rather than rubbing the bar on your face.
- Keep the bar dry between uses and out of standing water.
- Keep one bar just for your face.
A soap free face wash bar
Not every bar is soap. Traditional soap is alkaline and can leave the face feeling tight and dry. This facial cleansing bar is soap free: it cleans with sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI), a mild cleanser derived from coconut oil, so skin feels clean and comfortable.

Your second cleanse
Use it after the Cleansing Face Balm, which removes makeup and sunscreen, to clean the skin itself. In the morning, you can use the bar on its own. Follow with Golden Face Oil or Night Face Serum.
