Refund and Returns Policy

At ECBeautyLab, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our natural and sustainable hair and skincare products. However, due to the nature of our products and the potential for compromise once opened, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Gifts and gift cards
  • Opened or used personal skin care items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact us at office@ecbeautylab.com to receive further instructions on returning your product.

Please note that the cost of returning the item to our shop is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after following these steps, please contact us at office@ecbeautylab.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at office@ecbeautylab.com and send your item back to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
